Parmesan Crusted Tilapia–  One of our only frozen items.  Another great fish choice for a wide audience.  These natural cut fillets are breaded then layed with parmesan cheese.  We recommend keeping these frozen until ready to be cooked.  Preheat oven to 325 degrees and cook for 14-17 minutes.
