Home cured ham’s hickory smoked the old fashioned way right here at Headon’s smokehouse. A full ham generally weighs 14-16lbs or you can choose a half ham that weighs 7-8lbs. When the meat next to the bone reaches 140 degrees these hams are ready to eat.
These cuts come out of a pork shoulder and carry a lot of marbling for extra flavor. These are bone-in and generally ¾ inch to 1 inch cut. 145 degrees for 15 seconds in the middle and these will be ready to enjoy.
Breakfast Sausage- Ground up pork shoulders seasoned with salt, pepper and sage make some of the finest breakfast sausage around. Can be sold in bulk by the pound or made into sausage links by request.
